Warranty Terms & Conditions

2-Year Warranty Period

Applicable to car seats and strollers distributed by Jetway International Ltd.

2-year coverage from the date of purchase
What Is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Structural and mechanical failures that are not the result of misuse
  • Defective components including frames, folding mechanisms, and harness systems
  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts during the warranty period
Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Human-caused damage

    Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage from improper cleaning

    Damage resulting from using incorrect cleaning products, machine washing non-washable parts, or improper maintenance

  • Display or sample products sold at discount

    Display models, sample units, and items sold at a discount through the Display Item Sale program

  • Products purchased from unauthorized channels

    Products purchased from grey market sellers, unauthorized online retailers, or any channels not recognized by Jetway International Ltd

Important Notes

  • Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, scratches from daily use, and wheel wear, is not covered.
  • Jetway reserves the right to determine whether a product issue falls within the scope of the warranty.
